Born and raised in the heart of Tuscany, I’ve always been inspired by the region’s flavors, traditions, and natural beauty. My journey began under the guidance of Maestro Clelio Mario Corradi, who taught me to appreciate the rich ingredients and culture of Umbria.
My passion for culinary excellence led me to study under the great Gualtiero Marchesi, where I refined my techniques and developed a deep appreciation for innovation in the kitchen.
